We receive requests for AOL password reset on a near-daily basis. Please refer to the instructions below to complete this:
1. Log into your ApplyOnline account at https://applyonline.mortgagechoice.com.au/
2. Once logged in, navigate to the Admin tab on the home page, and select User Management.
3. You can perform a user search using either:
A. Login: ex. joanne.test
B. Surname and First name: ex. Test Joanne. Then, press the enter key.
4. Click the user login link in the search result to view the user details for joanne.test.
5. Access the user details by clicking Edit User Details.
6. Clear the Logon Failure Count, uncheck the Lock Out box and hit on Submit.
7. Click the user login link in the search result to view the user details for joanne.test.
8. Once you have confirmed that the Logon Failure Count is cleared and the the Lock Out box is not checked, click the Reset Password button located on the left-hand side of the user details page.
9. A message will display confirming that the account password has been successfully reset and that the account password reset email have been sent to the email address associated with the account.
To complete, click the Finish button.
10. In the Zendesk ticket, apply the macro - ApplyOnline Password Reset. This email includes instructions on how to update the AOL temporary password sent to the user's email address.
11. Submit as solved to close the ticket.
