When attempting to view or open documents via the Broker Platform or File Manager, a staff member may receive the following 403 error:
This issue occurs when the user does not have sufficient permissions to access the Google Drive folder labeled 'Send to FranchiseID Vault'.
To give the staff member access to the folder, the Franchise Owner or anyone in the Franchise with access to it should follow the steps specified below:
1. Launch Google Drive from your browser.
2. In the Search field, type: Send to FranchiseID Vault. As an example, we will use the FranchiseID NSWN747.
3. Please click on the folder that appears in the result.
4. Next, click the 'Shared' icon.
5. You will be presented with a screen similar to the one below where you can add a name or email address to share the folder with.
6. Click the result that appears after typing the name or email address. Then, click 'Done'.
7. Allow editing access, and then click the "Share" button.
NOTE: By sharing this folder, the user will also gain access to the 'Vault FranchiseID' folder. This update will take place overnight.
