Finding the right staff member for your business is a bit like finding a a partner or a friend. Someone might be perfect for one business and a disaster in another business. All loan admins are required to have Australian mortgage experience and proficient English. To give you the best chance of finding a staff member that adds value in your business today and in the years to come, there are a few considerations we recommend before commencing recruitment.
Whilst, overtime, your staff member may take on many of these activities, we recommend selecting 1-2 maximum to recruit to.

Other considerations
Experience level - like in Australia, more experienced candidates command higher salaries.
People with lots of experience will still be new to Mortgage Choice systems and to you and your business. All staff require training and will add more value to your business as time goes on.
Most staff don't require phones as there is google chat for video calls and email. However, if you do want this, there may be an additional monthly fee.
