Checklist before raising a Commission query:
- Confirm the loan settlement date.
- Verify if the lender is listed on the NO REPLY – MC Finance email.
Required details for raising a query:
- Lender name
- Client name
- Loan number (Note: The Broker Platform ID number can’t be used)
- Settlement date
- Settlement amount
- Reason for the query. If you include screen shots, please convert them to PDF format for easier viewing.
Important: Submit any commission queries at least 3 working days before the next commission run.
Response and Tracking: We’ll respond to your query via email. You can track your ticket through Zendesk in the HelpCentre under the “My activities” section. This is located in the top right-hand corner under your name.
