There are two main ways to obtain artwork to promote your franchise. You should always refer to these first to help save you time:
- You can download from our suite of assets on The Marketing Box.
- You can use one of our customisable templates on Canva (if you don't' have access to Canva, please email marketing@mortgagechoice.com.au to receive an invite).
If you don't find what you are after on the Marketing Box or in Canva, you can submit a custom artwork request.
A custom artwork request is when a brief is submitted to our team designer. It's important to note that this process usually takes longer than using assets from the Marketing Box or Canva, as requests are put in a workflow with other requests. These may require additional levels of approval by our Brand and Legal team. For this reason, a custom request could take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the nature of the request.
How to submit a custom artwork request
- Download the form below and fill this out with your design request.
2. Save the document with your name in the title EG. (BSmithCustomArtwork).
3. Send your completed form and any relevant attachments through to marketing.design@mortgagechoice.com.au
4. Your custom artwork request will come through to a member of our Franchise Marketing Team. They will take care of:
- Working with the designer to create your requested artwork.
- Working with the Brand, Legal and Risk teams to ensure the artwork is complaint.
5. Once your artwork is complete, this will be sent to you on the same email your request came from.
