Use DIY marketing email campaigns to share updates with your clients.

Please make sure you review the important additional steps (written below) to take in the setup of your email.
You will be provided a list of all active clients within your franchise to send DIY marketing emails.

Your client list can be segmented through contact and loan attributes to provide a targeted communication (for example a list of all clients that have an active loan with a particular lender).

Important additional instructions
Please note that there are a few settings you need to be aware of as part of your email setup and send to ensure you are sending to the correct contacts. Make sure you have read the below and setup your email correctly before hitting send on an email campaign.
1. Settings tab: DO select the correct Subscription type and Campaign
When setting up your DIY marketing emails, please make sure you have selected the Broker invitations and updates option in the "Subscription type" drop down, and the Broker Bulk Email option in the "Campaign" drop down menu. This ensures we respect client's preferences around these emails and remain compliant with the all important spam act, and makes reporting on your emails easier.
2. Settings tab: DO create a shareable version
In addition to the above there is an additional step required in the settings of your email campaign.
- In the settings tab, scroll to the Plain text and web version section.
- In Web version section, toggle to create a shareable version of your email and give the shareable page a title (such as Merry Christmas)
- Click Save in the top left
3. Send or schedule tab: DO NOT select contacts with low engagement
It is recommended when setting up who to send your email to DO NOT to tick the box "do not send to contacts with low engagement". This will remove contacts in your franchise defined as unengaged from the email send. See more about unengaged contacts here>
